After graduating from Oregon State University with dual degrees in Journalism and Business, Eric went to work for Roadway Express as a Dock Supervisor. After several years there, he was introduced to North Pacific Lumber, where his career in building materials began. He moved into the OSB Division, trading OSB and Plywood before creating a downgrade panel division. In July of 2021, Eric assumed the role of President of Contract Divisions. Eric is fluent in Spanish and enjoys Life Coaching in both English and Spanish. He is part of the International John Maxwell Group, and in his free time Eric enjoys traveling, gardening, and fitness.

Troy has spent his entire career in the forest products and building materials industry. He began by working his way through a BA in Economics from the University of Washington by managing crews at a large paint sundries distribution warehouse. Troy joined Silvaris at the official onset of the company when the doors opened for business on July 1, 2000 as the first salesperson, working his way through sales management, ultimately becoming the company’s President. Troy is a Seattle area native, having grown up in and raised a family in Woodinville, WA.

Cameron started his career in the building material world selling OSB and lumber for Norbord Industries soon after graduating from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. After six years in Toronto at Norbord, Cameron ventured into the wholesale world and traded OSB for Tall Tree Lumber in Oakville, Ontario for 17 years. In July 2012, he made the decision to join Silvaris. In his tenure at Silvaris, he has been an Open Floor Trader, OSB Division Trader, OSB Division Lead and now VP, Sales and Employee Development. Although Cameron loves to read, golf and cook, his favorite activity is relaxing by the lake at his family property north of Toronto, which brings him back to his Parry Sound roots.

Dave graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Electrical Engineering. An internship led him down the path of IT and his first jobs were with a video game developer and a civil engineering company. He also worked for a couple of years as a farmer on a family farm in Eastern Washington. Dave joined Silvaris for the first time in 2006 as the IT Manager. After about four years he left to join the world of startup companies and spent the next 10 years working in software and later, senior living. In 2020, he returned to the Silvaris fold as the IT Director. He now holds the role of VP of IT and manages both the IT and software engineering teams. Dave still helps with the family farm on occasion and enjoys traveling and tinkering with any new technology that comes his way.
